How much will I have to pay for shipping?
Nothing! We offer FREE Shipping on all rugs with no minimum purchase required. We also cover all taxes, duties, and/or duty charges, so you can rest assured the prices you see on our website will be the final price that you'll be responsible for.
How do you ship & how quickly will I receive my order?
We ship FedEx Express unless otherwise is requested. All of our rugs are shipped with 24-48hrs from your purchase date. Transit time to anywhere in Canada is between 3-5 business days.
Will I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
You will not have to pay sales tax and/or any duty charges. RugsOnTime.ca covers all taxes, customs, duties, and all shipping charges, so there are no additional costs involved, and all orders will deliver directly to you address.
What types of payment do you accept?
We offer secure online payment options such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. For your convenience we also accept secure payments through PayPal.
Is your website secure?

How do I place an order?

Can I delay the shipment of my order?
Yes. To place an order with a delayed shipping date its best that you call us to place your order, and our customer representative will better assist you with all available shipping dates.
What happens if my order arrives and I’m not happy with it?
30Day Hassle FREE returns; If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund, or an exchange. We offer hassle free returns, simply call us @ (416) 499-8295 OR (803) 802-3965 (8:30am-5:30pm EST Mon-Sat) to obtain RMA # (return merchandise authorization) for your return.

Do you charge restocking fee?
We do NOT charge restocking fee. We realize that it’s already a hassle if your order doesn’t work out for you, so we certainly don’t want to make it any more frustrating for you by penalizing you with unnecessary restocking fees you’d see elsewhere.
Will I pay for shipping back?
On all purchases over C$499 we offer FREE returns, which we’ll either email you a return label, or simply have the order picked up from your address for your convenience. For all orders under C$499, customer will be responsible for shipping back. However, if you decide on exchanging your order, we’ll email you our pre-paid return label so you can still benefit from our FREE exchange program.
When will my refund be processed?
We process all returns within 24hrs. We also process all refunds within 24hrs. However, we do ask you that you allow 3-5 business days for your refund to post back to your credit-card.
