We make returns hassle-free and fast. For all orders over $499 we offer FREE returns regardless of the number of rugs you have on your order. We will email you FedEx pre-paid return label, which you may use for your free return. For all orders under $499 customers are responsible for returns back to our Toronto, ON office. For all exchanges, we will also accommodate you with a free pre-paid return label; therefore exchanges are also free of charge at RugsOnTime.ca
